More Than $1 Million Of Post-Production Studio Assets Available In August 16 Online Auction
–Tiger Group selling state-of-the-art equipment no longer needed by AMP Editing
BURBANK, Calif. (8/1/16)— Tiger Capital Group’s Commercial & Industrial division will conduct an online auction on August 16 for state-of-the-art post-production equipment and other assets –with an acquisition value of more than $1 million– that are no longer needed for the continuing operations of AMP (All Media Post) Editing.
The sale features professionally maintained equipment in excellent condition, including editing, encoding, storage and mixing gear from Avid and other top manufacturers; as well as monitors, audio equipment, and camera equipment.
Online bidding will commence August 9 at www.SoldTiger.com and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on August 16, beginning at 10:30 a.m. (PT). Previews of the assets will be held August 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PT) at AMP’s facility, located at 1123 S Flower St. Burbank.

Editing and workflow gear up for bid includes a Prime Image Time Tailor V 4.80, a Fastrack V4.5X88, and three Avid Media Composers: one 7.0.4 with the Symphony option running on Mac Pro with OSX, and two with the Symphony option running on HP XP8600 with Windows 7.
Encoding and transcoding equipment includes an AmberFin recorder encoder/transcoder and an AmberFin player encoder/transcoder, a Telestream Pipeline dual HD, two Skymicro MPEG2 encoders, and more.
Available Sony decks include an SRW-5500HDCAM SRs with HKSR- 5001 boards, DVW-A500s, a DVR-20 D2, a BVH-3000 and BVH-200. The deck offering also includes Panasonic D5s, an Ampex VR 300 D2, and more.
Storage and servers up for bid include an Editshare SAN with 64TB V 6.4.0.7, an Avid Media Dock Ultra 320, and four Addonics SAN storage towers. Servers and workstations by HP, Dell, Apple, and Supermicro will also be offered for sale.
Name brand monitors include Sony LMD-320s and JVC 24” HDSGIs, five Sony PVM-20Ls, and many more items by HP, Apple, JVC, and Samsung. Also available are a Samsung Blackmagic video hub, 2 EEG VANC monitor model 285s, and more terminal gear by Leader, Snell & Wilcox, and Panasonic.
Audio equipment includes Protools 11/10 software on Mac Pro Intel, Pro Control main fader and two fade packs with eight faders.
Camera equipment and lenses up for bid include a Red One camera package with PL and Nikon mounts, Panasonic HVX 200 and DVX 100A cameras, five Zeiss Distagon lenses, and more.
